    Our team usually arrives with 2–3 professional cleaners.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the property.

    We do not offer carpet shampooing, interior cleaning of washers, dryers, or dishwashers, wall cleaning, window track cleaning, dishwashing, or home organization. Our services are focused strictly on cleaning.

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly company. However, if your pet is anxious or may become aggressive, we recommend placing them in a separate area to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • Can I choose which areas are cleaned?

    Of course. You can request specific areas to be cleaned or skipped. In some cases, we may ask for photos or videos to better customize the service and pricing.

    We clean bathrooms under normal conditions. If there is heavy buildup, organic waste, or unsafe conditions, the service may need to be postponed until the issue is resolved.
